The Board of this large corporate client had lots of ideas for new products in the health market, but needed help taking the first steps. We parternerd with them to clarify the business case, research markets and launch a new service in 15 weeks that integrated into their existing operating model.
Within weeks of launch they had attracted new customers and created a new revenue stream. We left them with a fantastic and evolving service, but also a new way of delveirng that they continued to exploit to launch further digital products and, ultimately, they exploited new revenue streams using their existing operationing model and cost base.
This client is a global wealth manager. The Board had Mckinsey in to develop a growth strategy that had a new digital-first wealth management service at its heart. The Board had signed off on the high-level business case and the strategy, but needed help in taking it forward. We worked with their internal teams and technology suppliers, leading the defininition of the proposition, the service and technology blueprints. We also supported the client's leaders in telling the evolving story, integrating new solutions into their regulated operating environment and paving the way for its launch.
This digital-first service has been rolled out to multiple countries across continents and continues to deliver a significant new revenue stream.
Our client was a senior leader at a multi-national organisation who had a traditional way of designing and delivering change. They needed help to innovate and deliver growth at pace.
Partnering with their internal teams and their technology partners, we researched opportunities and solutions, clarified a set of value adding propositions, ran experiments in multiple countries at pace and delivered true minimum viable products (MVPs) like a start-up would, in weeks, rather than months. Ultimately, we helped them scale solutions to tens of thousands of employees around the world, that delivered huge value, in timescales they had never achieved before.
The solutions delivered were recognised as industry leading by the board, employees and the market and made the international press.
